PlanWA is the State Government's online planning map. Search your address to see the zoning, density code and any special control areas that apply to your property.

The Residential Design Codes

The R-Codes (State Planning Policy 7.3) set the standards for residential development and lot sizes. The Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage publishes the current documents and any amendments.
